He has done Post Graduation Diploma in Business Management and is a Licentiate of the Insurance Institute of India. He has worked in legal and compliance department of multinational groups like Cummins, Honeywell and Volkswagen and has industry experience of more than 15 years. He has been working in areas like Finance, Treasury, Secretarial, Risk Management, Compliance related to the Foreign Exchange Management Act and Reserve Bank of India, Internal Audit, Indirect Tax and various other fields. Being Company Secretary, he has closely worked with the Management as Business advisor.
Dr. Nitin Joshi is PhD in Management, ME (IEM) with Distinction and MBA (Marketing). He has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in training and marketing with Industry leaders like MCX, Datapro and ATCO. Presently he is a Professor in Management and works as consultant to several reputed Corporates on Problem Solving and strategic marketing. He specializes in coaching to the corporate executives on Problem solving and strategic management. He was the Assessment & coordination expert for the MCX training program for establishment of Ethiopia Commodity Exchange in 2008. He has in depth knowledge of Research Methodology and statistical analysis.
Deepti is a practicing Company Secretary and a compliance expert. She is a expert on Financial regulations and exchange compliance. She has assisted in development of exchange rules in Malawi and Rwanda. As a Consultant, advising several clients on issues related to secretarial practices, Legal Compliances and other issues. Also involved in advising clients on critical issues related government compliance for a Limited company engaged in the business. As a Educator involved in guiding and motivating young students and professionals from Management education in subjects like Business laws, corporate laws and economic law.
Pawan is a data scientist and has been working as a data analyst for several Financial, Business and Healthcare sector projects, undertaking research studies. He is a IBM certified Data analyst. He owns a company called STATOM that specializes in research design and studies and has conducted several studies in the given sectors. With overall experience of more than 23 years, he brings strong analytical and statistical experience to the projects. He holds Masters in Finance and University degree in Statistics. He is also holing several international certifications in data analysis and research.
Jai is a qualified Charterd Accountant with tons of Project finance expertise. With his enormous expertise in financial execution, astute skills in planning & business development, he is one of the chief driving forces behind Moksha's varied service portfolio. His career in the industry, spanning over a decade, has enabled him to build a massive and powerful network within the banking sector (both Private and Public Sector / Foreign banks) at senior levels, giving him an undefeatable leverage over the area. As a financial consultant, he first began with a lustrous career in Citibank- Treasury Operations, post which he decided to head his own venture and was involved in the business of Corporate Lending in Central India for around 5 years. He later went on to add SME Corporate lending and other high-skill oriented products to his kitty.
Krishna giri is professional with over 15 years of experience in different areas of Financial exchange operation, and technology development, He has been a trainer in the financial service industry complemented with strong management experience. Presently he works with Stalwart Management Consultancy to lead the IT practice. He has been instrumental in installing several state of art technology solutions for Financial and Commodity Exchanges.. Previously he worked in Nepal Derivative Exchange Ltd as Senior Vice President of Technology and with Kasthamandap Clearing House Pvt Ltd. as a CEO for about 3 years. He has worked in Tanzania for 6 months on a project and 3 months in Rwanda for Commodity Exchange.
